Notion Product Home

I use Notion for almost everything.
The main use is to run projects. I love how Notion is so flexible to meet almost every need.

However, I always need a project home to start.

I've created this Project Home template to provide the basics for each project that we work on. The Project Home template provides a central landing page for the users. Its the project control centre and leads off into key information areas:

• Project Kick-Off and Upgrade Checklists
• Objectives / Key Results
• Project Status Reports
• QRAIDS (Questions, Risks, Assumptions, Incidents, Dependencies, Support Cases) Register
• Communication Register and Stakeholder ARCI (Accountable, Responsible, Contributor, Informed)

The Project Home template fits well with the built-in Notion project management capabilities (Projects, Tasks and Sprints) and Meeting Notes templates.
